Things have been so busy at Birmingham Rockschool the past few weeks, on-top of our usual lessons, workshops and choirs we’ve had 4 awesome summer festival performances over the past two weeks (including two in one day last Saturday!!!)
Northfield Carnival
Saturday 1st of July we were at Northfield Carnival, where we closed the day’s festivities with a performance from soloists and a combined adult/junior choir!
Cotteridge School Summer Fair
On Friday 7th July we spent the afternoon at Cotteridge School, and everyone was treated to a very summery performance from guitar tutor Angus and vocal teachers Gemma and Emma!
Kings Norton Primary School Summer Fair + Kings Norton Summer Fair
On Saturday 8th July we had a very busy morning with two performances – firstly at Kings Norton Primary School, then only 45 minutes later our youth choir hopped over to the beautiful historic Kings Norton Green to perform again!
We were blessed with brilliant sunshine across all the events, and want to give big thanks to all the organisers for having us! We’ve got a few more summer performances left, and then it will be time to start gearing up for our next huge rockshow! Never a moments rest when there’s rocking to be done!
